So what's the difference in notification for NFA items and notification for multiple pistol purchases?

And eforms will be completely revamped because now everyone will submit fp cards and photos the first time around and every 24 months if need be.

Ever get a FFL? ATF requires you notify the CLEO. You drop a copy of your form in the mail. A month later youll get your FFL.

This will mostlikely be the same.

Looks like the documentation that you provide is the prior approved form from within the preceding 24 months.

So you don't need to do fp cards and photos of you buy through out the 24 months.

Per Silencer Shop and ASA from a meeting with ATF, they state the above is only if the trust documents have had no change in 24 months. Everyone will have to submit FP cards and photos for every purchase.

Had my first form 4's denied today because I listed my name as the applicant and not that of my trust...MF fail on my part

Hope I can get them re-submitted before all of this goes into affect but per the ATF CS person, I still have time.

All of this BS they are doing will not change a damn thing
