    That is encouraging.

If we could save the cost of shipping and get cheap transfers I would buy a couple.

Be a little weary of Anderson lowers:

Anderson has made the decision to change the thread depth on their AR-15 lower receivers so that they will not accept the standard 1' grip screw found in every mil-spec AR-15 lower in America.

I am not a fan of Anderson. They may have changed their QC, but I have seen several lowers from them that required some pretty good "fitting" to get LPK in. And I have seen some that were just fine.

            Yep.

Also their "no lube required" AR is apparently a joke.
Battlefield Vegas runs AR15/M16s on full auto all day, every day and it failed on day 1 (lol):

"and that failed before the end of the first day. I don't think some mfg's understand that people REALLY use their weapons and when you're rocking full-auto all day they NEED lubrication. My armorers and RSO's were laughing when it seized it up because we knew there was NO way it would last on our range. "

The Anderson lower I used for my son's .22 was ok. No QC problem and everything fits properly. But I can see how it can be a hit or miss... I picked up mine during a sale at Aim Surplus and it was so cheap ($30 - $35) I couldn't pass it up.

Would rather pay a bit more for the Crusader lower from Spikes Tactical... :-)

They're $30-$40 lowers. Sounds like the QC is right on at that price point.

I got the word back today. I can't beat that, and I don't even have concrete pricing yet. Pull the trigger, gents.

Schuylerarmsco.com has the Crusader on sale for $75 + $7 shipping. From past dealings I believe it's $7 shipping for the first 3 receivers.

The words of Psalm 144:1 -- ”Blessed be the Lord my Rock, who trains my hands for war, my fingers for battle” -- are etched upon the right side of the rifle’s lower, while a cross and shield are etched upon the left side. And along the AR-15’s safety lever are the Latin words “Pax Pacis” (Peace), “Bellum” (War), and “Deus Vult” (God Wills It). Peace is the gun’s safe position while “War” is the gun’s fire position. |

Spikes posted today no more stripped crusader lowers. They will only be selling them as complete rifles.

I pulled the trigger at 3 am this morning on a stripped crusader lower and one in 9mm for $215 out the door. Basic stripped lower was $82 on joeboboutfitters.com and the 9mm was $129

I'm sorry fellas. I can't get my managers interested in it. To be honest, it would be a giant pain in the dick that we wouldn't make money on. Apologies.
