    Shotgun shells

    Academy has some pretty good price on shotgun ammo right now. Best I saw was $50 for a case of Monarch target rounds.

            I believe those are functionally the same. I have some of the milspec stuff, and it works great in the 870. It's the same stuff we used in the Navy, so I was comfortable with it. I'd go with the Academy ones and save the monies.

              I do have a box of the 'mil-spec' now, just looking to stock up a bit.
