That's what I have. I think they were around $5 each. Some are scratched up a bit, but nothing a can of paint won't fix if I want to make them look pretty.

I am not going to pay $25 for a surplus AK mag but NEW IN THE WRAP ones are being sold for that much. Used ones can be had for less then half of that but I found the ones in the link that I provided and they are BRAND FUCKING NEW; not used so the price was extremely appealing to me. I hope they feed well or I am going to have 150+ pounds of expensive scrap.

If you're spending $25 on a surplus steel 30rnd ak mag... you're either inept at using the internet or just trolling the armory sub forum

The link that I posted is not for new surplus magazines. They are new production commercial magazines.

All of the "New in wrap" surplus mags are more expensive.

Exactly. I have never had one of them give me problems.

$11 for an AK mag is far from a screaming deal.

The "Radom" mags aim sells are cheap as they don't have steel reinforcements, they're on par with Tapco mags from the reviews I've read.

The Korean mags are a good deal though I'm not a big fan of the grey finish. They're not "much thinner" as I have quiet a few of them and they're comparable to the standard Euro surplus mags. Also here's a decent thread on AKfiles http://www.akfiles.com/forums/showthread.php?t=198038
