bought a 4" Ti-lite around 4-5 years ago. pocket clip broke today. called their customer service so that i could buy a new clip and they refused to take my card and insited on giving me a new clip for free and dropped it in the mail today! I was very impressed to say the least and wanted to give them a quick shouout on here since i know you all buy knives.

I love my Recon 1. I had used the shit outta it then it got stollen by a vendor. I found out who and got it back few months later. That's really good to know cold steel has good CS.
For those of you who know me. Know I'm a diehard BenchMade junkie.
Last year brother and his wild kids came to visit. And those lil fuckers got into my knife drawer And totally fucked all up, they used a needle nose to break off all the pocket clips. And ruined the edges by chopping wood with them.
So I call BenchMade and told me what happened. and that I was going to send in several knives in for major work. Two weeks later I was expecting an invoice to pay Nope. They reconditioned all the knives like new free.
