Just because you do or don't agree with something, doesn't mean it's not. I already know your take on it, so I can narrow down your opinion.

My opinion is the government can stay the fuck out of private business, regardless of the issue.

The people have the power, and if the business' practices are unpopular, we can choose to not spend our money there. Let the free market control their destiny, not the government and it's liberty-limiting powers.

It's not government that allows us to have rights. It's government that restricts our rights.

Also, I never said that Whataburger shouldn't be able to, I just said it was stupid of them to go that route.

Guns scare people that eat at Whataburger. Whataburger says please keep your guns concealed: out of sight, out of mind. People that are scared of guns are satisfied; people that conceal are satisfied; and only the people that want to open carry are upset.

Jeez...you'd think What-A-Burger is giving a giant finger to the state of Texas the way the headlines/articles the MSM has out there. They're all vomiting the same AP story.

Whataburger Takes Stand Against Texas' New Open Carry Law
Whataburger will not allow the open carrying of guns, and industry experts say other restaurants will likely challenge a new Texas law as well.

You also said that Whataburger was "exercising restrictions on our rights," and that's not correct.

This would be very, very bad.
