This gun freaked out German law makers. The trick to multiple cartridges in a revolver is the collet looking extractor. It doesn't seem like it would be very hard to do but I don't believe that anyone is doing it right now.

You could probably bore and moon clip the cylinder of a S&W K-frame revolver and get pretty much the same deal.

Might be a fun thing to do to an ultralight J-frame. Would not mind having a .38/9mm snubbie.
