Dude, I fucking love a DA/SA gun. The fact that the Lionheart doesn't have a decocker, but you can just push the hammer forward... I like that.

Good feedback, thanks. No demo hookup but we're about ready to buy new at cost +10%. I had never heard of them until this week (been out of the loop for a bit) but after hanging out with one of their reps... Well, I'm easily persuaded apparently.

The double action and a half feels neat but the gun is over priced. I have one that I bought just because I had a Dawoo DP51 20 some years ago. You are welcome to shoot it if you ever make it to the DPC. The only bad thing about this gun is that the safety is too small and will disengage if you drop the gun.

I beg to differ. DA/SA guns are quite possibly the best thing for the lesser trained firearms users to carry and this includes your local undertrained PD. The DA of the first shot makes an "accidental" shot almost impossible. The SA allows for follow ups with a much better trigger pull and reset enhancing accuracy. It also removes the need for a manual safety which too often is forgotten about in stressful situations. I will only allow my wife to carry DA/SA until she has thousands of rounds down the pipe of her favorite gun which is a DW 38 super. She also has asked to go to a tactical training class where she practices drawing her pistol from concealment and using it. I think she is smart for asking for that.

It's also a longer trigger pull with more weight, which makes it easier to throw a shot. And then the second trigger pull is completely different than the first. A consistent trigger pull is much easier to learn because they know what to expect every single time.
