im going to get a couple files to fuck around with, maybe some 440c. anyone else every dabble in making a blade?

Ive got a old forge, and have contemplated this myself. There are a shit ton of good youtube vids out there.

Tip#1 When you quench thin metal in oil never move it side to side or in circles. It can bend it, and create more work. Up and down.
