AR feed ramps not lined up properly

I have a new PSA 16" upper that I took out for the 1st time. It had major FTF issues with different types of ammo / mags.

1st round would feed out of each mag ok, but none that followed. Looking at the feed ramps it appears they are a little out of alignment.

How easy is this to correct on my own? I don't have the tools to really do it, but might be able to get a hold of some.

Suggestions other than sending it back to PSA ?
