Any experts here on pre 64 Win 94's?

I have a 94 Winchester dating to 1916. The saddle ring is missing from it. I was wondering how bad it would hurt its resale value. Also, the barrel has been replaced, but apparently by Winchester. It has matching proof marks on both the barrel and receiver of a PW in a circle. How might this also affect value?

Neither of these two things should affect the value that much. If I were a buyer I would be more concerned with overall finish wear.
