I liken it to the secession petition after Obama was voted in for the second term. Went nowhere, represented a plausible denial hollow rant.

I would love to see it gain momentum.....it will not.

Every time one passes, the ATF makes it extra clear to all the FFL's in that state that they are wearing the pants. Montana also sued to get theirs recognized, and it got thrown out, repeatedly. The bills are unenforceable.
