I went for the first time today. I only had time for a few shots but I think I found a New addiction. Now I need a shotgun. Any suggestions. I don't want to spend a bunch on a first.

Were you shooting an auto loader or pump? If it was an auto loader, it will be hard to go to a pump. Pumps are cheap though and will still be plenty of fun for a first shotgun. I used a Mossberg 500 pump for a while until I was ready to upgrade to an auto loader. Now the pump serves as a home defense gun.Originally posted by silverhatch View Post

I was thinking the mossberg 500. We were just using the hand tossed one's. I used a pump today but figure a pump can also work for home use also.Half of history is hiding the past.Comment
