Yeah, at first I just dismissed the common held notion they were terrible people, but over the last few years, it's become apparent they are crooks."When the people find that they can vote themselves money, that will herald the end of the republic." -Benjamin Franklin

Why people still deal with CTD is beyond me. This is like the 4th time in 5 years that they have done this crap.
That actually made me laugh.

I got 4 Colt magazines AR magazines for $54 this week. I ordered 2 from Grab a Gun for $18 each since they aren't more than most other metal mags... and I bought a Colt AR to match. So they accidentally pulled 4. So the guys there let me have the other 2 half because I was honest and said I just ordered the 2. I guess I could've stolen them, but that's pretty lame IMO. The price I got on the Colt AR and Ruger 10/22 made it well worth my time too. I also got some more Sig 1911 mags as well. They are less than Wilson and run perfectly in my Sig 1911.
I will be ordering more from them. I will not ever buy another firearm at Academy. It just takes too damn long, and then to have to perp walk after purchase is just another annoyance. It takes too many people and too much time to finish a firearm transaction there. I will watch GaG, the local advertisers here, TGT and gunshows.

As for the Vepr's in 54R, I've talked to several people who own them and they ahve all said they're amazingly accurate, I was surprised but it seemed to be the first thing all of them told me when discussing the rifle.

Molot is a subsidiary of Kalashnikov Concern. Falls under the same sanction as I understand it.

VEPRs are gone too. List of banned stuff:
As I am sure you are aware, the latest round of US sanctions targeting the Russian defense industry included Concern Kalashnikov and any companies Concern Kalashnikov has business interests in.In 2010 civilian exports to the USA accounted for approximately 30% of Kalashnikov’s sales.I would not be surprised if, as of last week, the number was above 50% of total sales.Originally posted by lincolnboyAfter watching Games of Thrones, makes me glad i was not born in those years.
