I remember researching them in the past. I think they are some sort of Chinese manufacturer. I seem to remember they don't take all of the same furniture, they don't hve a standard AK rear trunion/tang. They are cheaper for a reason, can't use anything but lead shot in the barrels. So a bunch of people ordered 5.45 saigas last night from CTD. Today CTD cancelled all of their orders so they can sell the guns at a higher price.

As for Saiga, I am super sad. I Saiga 12 was on my list of want items. If I'd have known this was going to happen, I'd have gotten one this week instead of the AK I got an the AR...
