Is there any collector market for starter pistols?

As a part of a recent acquisition, I have a Zephyr starter pistol. No idea if it works. From old pics I have seen, it took some really short 22 crimped shells.

I have some 22 blanks, but the ones this takes is much shorter than even a 22 short.

Basically to surmise all of the information, no there isn't really a market for them in the US, because we have real guns. However, in countries with bans, like England, there is a market.
