Question I want to build out the 2nd Spikes lower as SBR- do I have register any different or am I good to go from the original FFL transfer?

You are going to need a trust, $200, get the lower engraved with the name of your trust, and do not purchase the sbr upper before the stamp has been approved.Originally posted by JesterEvery time you see the fucking guy....show him your fucking dick.. Submit your Form 1 with $200 tax fee to convert your PISTOL to a SBR. Once you are approved and receive your stamp you can mount the rifle stock and engrave. The law says that you have to get it engraved not that it has to be engraved. The difference is, "get" is intent and "has to" means it must be engraved. Hypothetically you can have an approved SBR that is not engraved. There is no time line on when it is approved to when it has to be done.Fuck you. We're going to Costco.

Engrave before you file your form 1. If they screw up your engraving you burned $200. I've had it happen."When the people find that they can vote themselves money, that will herald the end of the republic." -Benjamin Franklin
