            I was looking at it more from a dealer standpoint and not a individual. I know plenty of SBRs get imported yearly.

            I'm surprised the ATF lets them take them off the registry and make them title 1 guns. Especially since they're dealer sample limited in the first place. Seems like a loophole around the sporting purpose they would be against.

                Beats me. But apparently according to the ad plenty could be. Import as SBR, remove from registry, sell title one, reregister as an individual.

                  Zero David, the answer is zero.

                  My guess is these are in the same gray market as 416 upper receivers. These should be, by United States law, 100% illegal.
