blackgun recall from our group buy. eta?

For those of you who did our blackgun group buy and had to deal with their recall, what was your wait time from shipping back to them to receiving replacements? I got around to doing it mid march. (I forgot) and I have confirmation of it arriving to them 3/21/14. I emailed them 3/25 to ask for an eta but got no response. I emailed them again today asking for an eta.

What was your turnaround time?
