Input needed on a few accessories...

By looking at these pics, anyone have an idea if this stuff is worth anything? I have a friend of a friend type deal who has this stuff laying around and said to make her a fair offer. She thinks the "clips" are for an AR. Anyways, is this stuff outdated junk, or worth picking up?

Well, truth be told, those are AR clips... and as for the mags, I figured the green polymer coated rounds was a dead give away, but yes it looks like two of those mags are for x39 and the two rear waffle mags I'd be interested in look to be 5.56 AK mags
