USCCA members?

Is anyone a member of the USCCA? If so, why? If not, why not? My initial curiosity is driven by the potential need for insurance in case I needed to use deadly force in defense of myself or my family. Apparently USCCA supplies some insurance against this. So, I guess I have a multi-part question. If you are a member, is it worth it? If you're not a member, do you have this kind of insurance?
