Gun forum being sued

Thought I would share this over here and see what the general opinion was over here.

Cliff notes are company sold a sub par build and refused to stand behind their product. Customer post up and shows work with letters from the company. Then sends rifle to another Smith and gets it repaired. Now the original company is suing the forum owner, buyer and gunsmith that repaired it in federal court.
