A nice 1911 like Ed brown. Or les bear,

Or a good bottle of scotch a good cigar, and a nice looking hooker.

Wait... pythons are going for 2k? So I know where 3 of them are at for 1000....

                Edit .Benelli supersport 12ga

Yeah, that's mine. The funny thing is that I saw one for sale at frisco gun club a few weeks ago for like $2600 but I bought mine new in like 2006 I think for $1450. I didn't realize the price had gone up so much on them.

And for your brother, I go with a STI 1911, you can get them under $2k all day. A Texas company that makes bad ass guns.

Shouldn't have a problem getting a Python in good shape for less than $2K. Seen plenty of them in Great shape for $1300 to $1800 around here.

Thanks for all of the replies! Now I may have to get two, one for him and one for myself!

I may take you up on that, I want to shop around for a deal instead of jumping on the first thing I see.

The Python looks like a really sweet revolver, I need to handle one.

I thought about that but we have a lot of AR's. I kinda want something where people go "WTF is that?". Maybe next weekend we should go do some gun shopping.

You really need to know what to look for. Just make sure they don't need any service. Earlier models go for more, later models for less. Original box, manual, finish greatly affect the value.

What about a TDI Vector? Are those good guns? I know they worked well in Resident Evil.

They make a ton of sense on full auto, but I would avoid the semis (they are just an expensive semi automatic pistol caliber carbine). But yes, they work fine and are accurate. For the money however there are many, many better options.

I wrote a 3 part series on them here:
First and foremost I would like to thank everyone involved in helping get this series of articles together.Without Phil (our T&E Manager and Senior Writer) helping bridge the connections between KRISS USA and myself, without the good people at the DeSoto Police Department (especially officer Tyndall), and of course with the support of our readers this would not have been possible.I know it took at least three or four months of planning, several date changes, and 250 emails on my end alone to get this together, but in the end it was one of the neatest events I have ever been a part of.On August 30th, Phil sent me an email saying that I would be reviewing the KRISS Vector SMG for the blog.
