        Why would it matter? They carry a special license and occupational tax to handle these items. I've mailed suppressors and other NFA items and the only document required is a copy of the Form 4 or Form 1, never a trust, that is completely irrelevant to them in any shape.

          My guess is that they have some rookie who doesn't know how they do things quite yet. They have an SOT so it wouldn't matter if they take in an NFA item or not.

          The bosses (Jason and Gordon) are probably not as involved in the engraving/retail aspect much anymore as I know they have jumped more into the night vision stuff.

                  Has anyone had anything engraved by ident lately? I have called a few times this week and it just goes straight to their away message or drops the call. No response to email either.

                  It seems strange considering how quick they have been with their response in the past.

                      I've always gone up there on a Tuesday/Thursday after 5PM. In and out in 15-20min for SBR engravings, slightly longer for a more custom engraving.
