In the situations where gas, food, and water are priced artificially high because of a natural disaster (storms/weather) they eventually return back to normal. Sure it's not a necessity but as far as the ammo thing, how long has that been going on?Originally posted by Stoner View PostHere's the difference: You need gas, food, and water. You can't live without the 1st and it's a need.
You can live without the 2nd and it's a want.
I can understand people being pissed because the gougers drive up the price of ammo. It's no fun for me either. I buy when it's low and don't buy when it's crazy high like it has been for 6-8 months.
If someone can make a buck, good for them. I'm just not buying as I don't need it to keep living.Originally posted by Nash B. My local walmart is the same. They seem to have every caliber except 22LR. It is crazy. The clerk told me that every morning that they get a shipment, the same people are waiting in line to buy up all the stock. 3 box limit, but they are all in it together. He guesses they are turning around and selling it online for a profit.
CJ, can we clean the deal thread up? Starting to get a bit cluttered.

Don't hate the player, hate the game. At least they're out there on a legal hustle vs. breaking into cars.
And for the people who don't have time to stand in line at Wal-Mart every morning? They get to pay a convenience fee.
Welcome to the free market

What makes me laugh is people applauding gun/ammo companies and they are the biggest crooks of all throughout all this fun.
