        Is he looking to get that Miata from you? And +100 on the LOL@anything over $500 for the rifle. Even this time last year max I would have paid is $501.

            His dumbass paid $800 for it, and then 90 something for whatever optic was on it. He wants that miata straight up, I told him no way, he would have to add some cash. At first, he didnt have any cash to add, but has since come up with some.

            I dont really want it, and reasoned with him that I was going to simply turn around and put it back up for sale to get money in my pocket, and I didnt want to have to wait to find the "right buyer" so I would have to get it cheap, and he would be better off selling it himself and bringing me cash.

              You should have told him that you can build a cheap one with a metal lower for under $500. I just put one together for my dad with a decent upper, metal lower and one of the primary arms red dots for under $700

                meh, I dont even have to. After chatting back and forth in texts, he seems like a reasonable guy that understands how the world works, but doesnt have the cash on hand at the moment to do what he wanted without some kind of trade. For all he knew, I was a punk kid that would be googly eyed over an AR-15 and do it right off the bat.

                There's a funny thing about the miata market, cheap ones in good shape are gone in hours. Mine isnt in good shape, and ive priced it at the top of what anyone might think about paying, expecting to drop the price a few hundred. Im not loosing anything on it, Im in it too cheap. I can sell a couple of part off of it and have a free race car. I think he is coming tonight to bring me cash, but we'll see how that goes.
