Anyone with a Costco Membership?

I am trying to get this safe they have for $899 with Free Curbside delivery though they are trying to charge me $45 because I don’t have a membership. I can pay $55 and get a membership but that still cost me the $45+$10 and I never shop at Costco.

I have family in Amarillo that send me meat twice a year straight from the processor. Though, if I am looking for a couple of steaks, I go to central market.
