A small observation, most if not all of us seem to think a small survival rifle paired with a personal defense Pistol/shotgun is appropriate, though wouldnt you also want to grab a hunting rifle? Maybe a BA or a lever action so that if you need to aquire meat, you do not have to rely solely on trapping?

Say a T3 lite or something that is not too cumbersome to lug around or is your 5.56 AR enough for you?
