    Did you measure the width of the case after it's loaded? Could it possibly not be crimped enough, and as a result, jamming as it goes into battery?

      Here's the issue.....



      What I don't understand is the variance between rounds. most are 1.125-1.130 but about every six are 1.139+. I didn't adjust the die at all, so I guess its on my end?

        most likely it's the bullets. What kind of projectiles?

            I'm assuming they are plated? Plated projectiles can vary ogive and overall length/diameter, I've seen that happen before. Best solution is just to seat all your projectiles in a little further if you get variances outside your pistols operating length. I have had some shitty bullets and have to return some from RMR before.

              good to know. I just backed my seat crimp die all the way out. I'm going to start from square one and try to dial it in a little better.

                so far all my RMR have turned out great .
                mind you the frang 9mm was very long and tricky to get dialed in, probably shouldn't have gone with those
                consistency has been good though on all the plated and HCL i have from them in 9 and 45.
