        Anyone know of a participating dealer that has the tac ops or carry nightmare for 800ish?

          try independence firearms. They list only on gunbroker but I remember seeing a tac ops for mid 800's....not sure if they are participating in this though.

                I talked to 4 or 5 different Sig dealers yesterday at the Mesquite gun show. They said that I would have to email Sig after I purchased the 1911 and Sig would mail the .22 to a FFL of my choice. I figured they were blowing smoke just so they didn't have to give a .22 up for free.

                    tac pac I saw on their website was $790. tempted to go get it just for the good price! although the tac pac is not on the list.

                      Academy will not be advertising the Promo until 2/23 to allow time to get more guns in stock.
                      You will get both guns at the time of purchase from Academy. They will lower the price of the .45 by $0.01 and make the price of the .22 $0.01.

                          The .22lr 1911's are around $400, so that's a pretty good deal. You might PM Roscoe about checking out his Sig 1911. He's got a Tac Ops, I think.

                              I don't think so. Chris should be able to get one from Davidson's, but I don't know of you would get the deal that way.

                              Academy seems to be the best deal that would be reliable. What model .45 1911 are you looking at? I'll see what I can come up with.
