It seems the shipping is make or break right now when buying under 10/15 boxes. Sure gunbot might have boxes for $5.99 but shipping is $12/15 which ruins it. Might as well go to gander mountain or academy locally to pay $8.99.

I just recently picked up some 55gr hp Silver Bear from ammotogo.com, 500 rds for $177.41 to the door. Seems that about .35/rd is about as cheap as you'll find it...short of reloading.

Interesting...most of the brass cased .223 at our academy is in the 9.99 to 11.99 range. Surprisingly, walmart is even higher!

I get all my ammo from SG. 1k for 379.00 is the best I have seen so far on brass and 259.00 for 1k of steel case.
