  • PSA's PTAC parts?

Anyone have any experience with the PTAC parts that Palmetto is selling? Specifically their uppers. I was eyeballing this one:

Don't expect quality. The PTAC upper I got in has a canted front sight. I wonder if Century made it.

I have 3 uppers, I haven't checked for canted sights. Didn't look too bad to me.

Lol, luckily this one has a flat top gas block.
Obviously, I'm not looking for high end. I want to finish one if the gb lowers and I had an lbk from psa, so I figured I would see was they had for complete uppers. I ordered the one in the link. As long as it doesn't look like it was spray painted, runs and groups decent, I will be happy.

I built a rifle for a guy at work using a ptac upper like that. Quality was nice and functions great.

Well, I don't feel as bad for impulsively ordering it. This one was one hundred and ten bucks more than the upper with the standard handguard and front sight. That Midwest rail looks to be a $150 piece, so I'm hoping it turns out well.
