Anyone own a Ruger LC9?

Im looking for a Real "throw in the pocket" or purse gun for my wife.. i dont want .380.. the LOWEST caliber i want is 9mm..

has to be hammerless and the only 2 that really seem small enough is the ruger LC9 and Beretta NANO.

anyone actually own one?

she has a Springfield XD9mm Sub compact, but i want something as close in weight and dimension to the sig P238 i just sold as possible..

thoughts?

I bought my friends a PF-9 for a housewarming gift, and they love it. Denny has a couple of them, too, and he loves them. The trigger is worlds better than the LC9 trigger.

I had one and also found the trigger pull to be awful. I have a XDS and am much happier.

Look at the Kahr cw9 or cm9.

I do and I happen to like it. If you spend a little range time with it, you'll get accustomed to the trigger. I think it's fine, but some people don't like it. All that matters is it's small and reliable.

+1. I love my CW9. I have a 7rd mag for it so I carry it 7+1 with another 8rd mag on my other hip. Great little gun.

My FIL has an LC9 and I've shot a friends Nano. I'd take the Nano. The LC9 has a terrible DA trigger.

With that said, I have zero problems carrying a .380. When I don't carry my Sig P239 9mm, I carry my Ruger LCP and my wife carries a Sig P238.

I'd take a Sig p938 over both LC9 and Nano.
