To me, the p238 is the Cadillac of .380's right now. I just can't really find anything I don't like about it.

938 is probably the smallest 9mm with the most quality. They are great guns, but they are going to be outside of your budget. A 238 should be in your budget, but it's a .380. If you want super small, like as small as physically possible you can't go wrong with an NAA .22mag. I carry one and I can fit it in the watch pocket of my jeans. i have mixed reviews on the P938. i love the sig p238 so im sure i would like the 938 since they are so similiar. but have heard alot of them have problems with FTF or FTE.
