Subject: Fleming Nato Carbine
Hello,
I am interested in the Fleming Nato Carbine.
Will a registered FNC sear fit and work in the firearm?
Thank you,
Alex C.

Yes it will. We designed it with the S&H FNC conversion in mind. We charge $500 to install it.

I am a bit new to all the NFA stuff so can someone explain this to me? I was under the impression that anything fully automatic manufactured after 1986 was illegal for civilians to own, and it was illegal to convert something to full auto that was not full auto and registered prior to 1986. Wouldn't that make this illegal, or am I wrong on this?I don't like Republicans, but I really FUCKING hate Democrats.

In the NFA world toy have registered sears. A registered sear can be used in any firearm in which it's intended manufacture is for and make that gun full auto. So your registered DIAS for an AR can be used in any AR low shelf lower to make it legally full auto. People like sears because your host options are endless and can never wear out since they can be replaced.
This only goes for "legacy" weapons in which the sear was originally manufactured for. You can't wedge one sear for one model/design and make a gun full auto that it was never designed or manufactured for.
The gun in particular in this thread claims it's a new made FNC and legally allowed to accept and work on a registered FNC sear.
