Good looking rifle! Might need to reverse that cartridge holder on the stock if you're right handed. May not have a very comfortable cheek weld with those cases digging into your cheek/chin.
"Laws that forbid the carrying of arms...disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes...Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man." - Thomas Jefferson, 1776

Lol good eye. I'm left handed.

Took it over ti my parents house to do some Xmas baking with my 2 yr old and my dad wouldn't stop playing with the rifle. Talked to mom the next day and her, her three boys, and my cousin are gunna buy dad one. Its gunna be epic!

Scott that shit is spensive! Regular flat top ammo is 14-15 bucks while leverevolution is 22+ a box. I did my research and that hornady is perfect for levers... I just haven't worked up the balls to buy some.

Yeah, it is more expensive, but the accuracy difference is night and day. I tried just about every kind of flat-tip ammo in the 336 I used to have, and the best I could do was "meh". I tried the leverevolution ammo, and it was "holy shit, I'm a sniper".

Never reloaded before.. I honestly don't think I shoot enough to justify all that equipment.

A single stage pays for itself quick.

I had the same experience in my old Winchester. Open sites, if I can see it, I can hit it.

Took an old rusted M94 down to bare mettle and had it parkerized.
