                  I think what my esteemed colleague in arms is trying to say, not all 1911's are the same. They may look alike, but are vastly different. RIA is an "entry" level 1911 to say the least.

                  Sometimes the "coonass" side of him bubbles to the top in rare form. Judge not his quick wit and sharp tongue, for he means well.

                      I have a compact RIA and I really like it shoots great groups and no issue running ammo and hollowpoints. I put some 20 grips and 20 trigger and polished the feed ramp after took it out the first time just to make what was good even better and the gun shoots great and looks good IMO
