Wow, when I did it 2 years ago I could have sworn it was cheaper than the DL change of address. Now it is more expensive. I thought it was 15.

heh, that's what got me as well. All the hidden stuff when you move and then they add a bunch with their crap - when I should not even need have a license to carry a gun around.
