I was going to get a GP100, but I wanted a gun my wife can shoot and she has REALLY small hands. The grip on the SP101 fits her well but is a bit small for my hands. I can buy a little larger grip but still feel it will be too small for my hands. I will probably end up getting a GP100 as well sometime in the future.
I paid $549 for the SP101 at Gander (Cabelas wanted $599 for all models). Technically, I only paid like $60 for it. I had some rewards that I cashed in for Gander Mtn gift cards so only had to pay the difference out of pocket. The 2 and 3 inch models are $529 i believe, at Gander. Saw a nice used one here in burleson. Bobbed hammer with a wooden boot grip. Used at $499.
