I ordered mine earlier today and already received a shipping notification. They seem hard to beat for the money and from what I have read have amazing customer service.

I've been seeing you talk about these for a while. What is the difference between the two? I see one has a killflash, but I am not quite sure what that is. Also, not sure if they just left it out of the description but the more expensive one doesnt have the brightness adjustment knob. Which one would you recommend for a flat rail AR?

They are both the same unit, both have brightness. One has a killflash, which is a grate that prevents a glint being seen off the front element glass. You need a killflash if you plan on hunting snipers in combat.

Ah I see. Are they normally not this cheap? And is the windage/elevation adjustable?

yes of course, they are just like an aimpoint T1. They are always that price, but they are RARELY in stock. Like once a year they are in stock. People go ape shit when they get in stock, if you watch the boards, people beg to buy used ones.

Gotcha. Do you recommend any of the optional add ons?

Found this on the website, breakdown of all three microdots they offer. Good info if you're an optics newb like me.

I just bought one with their 6x. Very happy with it. Complete decent package under 300 bucks.

Is a riser required for use on an AR?
