Got a new rifle!!

Ok, well I just got off the phone in Europtics. I ended up going with the Bushnell 4.5-30x50. They pretty much said that it's an awesome deal for the money. He said that they have one of the best guarantees on the market. He said that if I ever get tired of it, I can send it back and they'll give me what I paid for it back. It sounds too good to be true, but I don't plan on testing that theory. I'm going to put it in some seekins rings and put a USO bubble level. I'll update with pictures and a range report. Should be able to get out this weekend, maybe friday.

So I got to the range today. Shot great, and surprisingly not much recoil. At least not anywhere near what I expected. I'm pretty happy about that. And the Optic is phenominal. Don't know why I haven't gone FFP until now. Makes pretty much everything easier!

300, nothing worth note, hell that's only 1 mil worth of compensation, lol. I'm going to try and get it to the next match that we have at Academi (old blackwater facility). They have a couple of 1200 yard ranges.

What bullet are you going to run?

The guy I got it from gave me 80 rounds of FGMM and so I'm going to shoot that. But I'm still trying to figure out what I want to run. 190, 195, 220, etc... There are so many options.

The win mag can actually use a decent bullet to be comparable to other rounds, provided recoil doesn't bother you.

With the brake and the weight of the rifle, recoil is like a .308 without a brake!
