  • Taurus millennium pro .45?

I have a buddy selling one. its a year old, a compact, only 100 rounds thru it. It has two mags and a 100 rounds of ammo. I can get it for $285. Just wondering if its worth it and if anybody has one? Don't really need it, but it seems like a good deal.

I had one of their 40 cal versions I traded for and forgot about it for a few months till I cleaned my truck out. Never even fired it and sold it for $250.

Sounds like a pretty good deal and after reading a few reviews it sounds like nice pistol.

I have one which has experienced many FTF and magazine drop issues. The magazine is prone to drop because the release button does not conform to the grip very well. The mag "spring" is not very strong either. My thumb kept hitting the button on recoil and out would come the magazine. The button is ambidextrous so I moved it to the opposite side and have not had a mag drop issue since. I did just take it out recently and fired 150 rounds through it. I had a magazine that had one FTF right after another, only when shooting one handed. Shooting with both hands it was fine. I've read these guns are sensitive to limp wristing so...
It's fantastic for its ergonomics and is very comfortable to carry, but as of now I don't trust the one I have.

I have the bi-tone 9mm version and like it. It will occasionally have a FTF but it's usually with cheap ammo. I did break all down and give a good thorough cleaning and seems to have remedied most all of it. I wouldn't mind a 45 version.

Almost impossible to be choosey of what kind of ammo to use, but what do you mainly run through them?
