I'm curious on who the CLEO a corp would be with plenty being registered in numerous cities, counties, states, etc.

I feel sorry for those that can't get signatures. Even in Texas, most people are fucked.

Yep. Everyone in Dallas county is fucked.

On a completely unrelated note, do you still have your MP40?

I called my Sheriff (Van Zandt County) yesterday to find out his stance on signing forms. I am still going the trust route but I am interested in finding out his position on signing forms.

Darn. Would have been cool to have a sturm/mp40 shootout!

Well, time to punch out that SBS Form 1 I have been procrastinating on.

Alex, how hard was the online Form? I have some time at work tomorrow, I guess I can try one or two Forms that way.
Fuck you. We're going to Costco.

Very easy, you just upload your trust and certification PDFs and fill in the rest. Then you punch in your credit card number and the $200 is taken from your account immediately. Not sure if this will speed things up or not, but worth a shot!

Ha, I will give it a try tomorrow.

Anyone know the OAL and barrel length of a Mossberg 500, barrel even with the tube?

What's interesting is that Tennessee is a "shall sign" state. The cleo's there have to sign off on NFA items unless there's some outrageously obvious reason that they shouldn't. I bet it wouldn't be too hard to get Texas there....

Texas gets a year to figure it out.

                        Why a year?

Haven't followed this whole thing very closely.

Uh, yes. I know all trusts are different, but my lawyer drew me up one with a trust and then a certification. The certification has the list of NFA items you own. I know back in the day you could get away with sending just the certification because I had done it that way. Now I send both just because I don't want a kickback.
