yes, i purchased the whole sprotical rifle.

i just picked up some paper targets. from bass pro. hopeful i'll go dial in my aimpoint,
next week, also have 200 rounds of ammo. i can't wait

Not to rain on your parade, but I just return mine from midway for being a POS and having a misaligned gas block. Which would not make it cycle...

Was the misaligned gas block a factory defect or something that maybe happened in shipping?

I have no idea, I believe it was a factory defect since the box that it came in was in flawless condition. DPMS did not lose me as a customer though. I will buy from them in the future. I just wanted to point out that specific problem with that upper.

the only thing i would change about my ar is to get a railed gas block instead of the fixed sight, im jealous.
