Summary:

No parts kits or building your own AR15s anymore from a lower on up. Also if your child draws a picture of a gun at school, the police can take your kid and all your firearms away.

(1) the term ``assault weapon parts kit'' means any part or
combination of parts not designed and intended for repair or
replacement but designed and intended to enable a consumer who
possesses all such necessary parts to assemble a semiautomatic
assault weapon;"

But, I don't see how you couldn't just be "replacing" a part in your lower.
