After finally getting settled into my office in Afghanistan, I just got off the phone with Connor Brandt with the ATF. Spoke to him a for just a few minutes and he agreed to give me more time to get him my schedule A in since USPS could take a couple weeks from here. Then just jokingly I threw out that I wished I could just email it, to which he was more than happy to give me his email address. No postage required here. Thanks Mr. Brandt. Emailed him just the Schedule A as requested and I should have my stamps in two weeks.
Still have not ever had a rude or unwelcoming conversation with anyone at that office.
