Would a .22 CB short lead round nose projectile fired from 100 paces away from an NAA mini-revolver with a 1" barrel pierce the skin?

My .22 mag chrono'd 1011 fps. I would expect a 22 to chrono 700, short probably 500, at 250ft I would think it would pierce skin.
