Any of you experienced AR builders hosting a build soon? I just recieved my Spikes stripped lower today. I dont want to do it myself and mess things up. Will bring beer, food etc.

it's super easy. However I was scared the first time.

Don’t know of any G2G builds going on but it is REAL easy to put a lower together and get it right.

Also, I would be willing to come by for the beer....and to supervise you of course....while drinking a beer. Got the grill going?

Be very very careful when putting the roll pin in the trigger guard. The one forward is spring loaded(usually) the back one has to be tapped in place(the roll pin)
The most common mistake here is not supporting the very fragile ears for rear attachment of the guard when tapping the roll pin in place.
I usually do this first as it is the go/no go point of fucking up the receiver.
If you do crack the ear off, there is always the Grip-O-shame.

The rest of the build is fairly easy. Go slow and use blue painters tape around areas that require slight tapping with a small brass hammer.

I'm I'm halfway retarded with Tourette's and down syndrome. And I have no problem whatsoever building one of these rifles. Just keep watching the videos over and over and over till you get confident.
The trick is just don't rush it. And keep your tools in your parts organized.
