Bought the biggest, ugliest .45 semi today

My neighbor bought two for $299 brand new a few years back. He is constantly going out to shoot them. He said he's never had a FTF. I just couldn't carry that brick around on my hip.

I'll stick to my Glock, as I've used Glock since 1995 with no issues.

Amen on carrying a brick. This is one heavy fucker. Weighs at least twice the amount of the Glock. Maybe more. Flip side is......recoil isn't as bad as it could be.

Like stated above, this is just an experiment to see how a low cost gun holds up. I figure if I get 500 rounds plus on it, it will start earning my trust. I always wanted a 45 cal, but not bad enough to shell out $500.00 plus for it.

A buddy of mine has one in .380 I think the only problem he has had with it is the spring in the magazine wore out to the point it wouldn't cycle properly
