Figured I would add these couple pics from a couple weekends ago. Got these 2 yotes about 10 minutes apart one at 36yds and the other at 265yds.
Sat that afternoon and got this little porker at 50yds. I was hoping to get some back strap but he was in very bad shape.

With the end of rifle season comes poacher patrols. I left the house yesterday with the rifle and the orange in the truck to cruise and look for tresspassers/poachers.
I got to my property and found my friend doing the same. I took the oppertunity to get a quick spot and stalk on. There was 20 does down in the valley in a wheat field. I drove the truck as close as i dared. Jumped out and on my gear.
I snuck in about 400 yards before having to belly crawl the last few for a shot. Dug out my range finder, and ranged the doe i wanted and it was exactly 313 yards. Opened my nikon spot on program to verify with my scope.
One shot and down she went. I was in such a hurry no pics. But it was a fun hunt.
